SEO & Website Design Experience

I have built websites that rank in two phases: first an automation experiment, then a hands-on return as a real business.

The lessons compound. Everything the automated factory taught me about structured data, Core Web Vitals, and Google's helpful-content standards now ships in every hand-built site, enforced by tooling instead of memory.

  1. Oct 2023–May 2024

    HiveTech: an automated website factory

A platform that turned one database row into a complete local-business website. GPT wrote the copy under Google's E-E-A-T guidelines, with a banned list of AI clichés. The system matched imagery with generated alt text, built schema.org LocalBusiness markup, provisioned a tracking phone number with call routing, captured leads, and submitted to Google Search Console. Sites went live on AWS with SSL in under 10 minutes. The first artifacts were prompts, not code: the content-quality corpus predates every Python file.

  2. 2025–2026

Zipoli Media Co. rekindles the craft

Websites, SEO, GEO, and AEO (search, AI, and answer-engine optimization), marketing automation, and AI reception for Lake Norman and Charlotte businesses, hand-built this time. Live client and venture sites include Zipoli Home Services, Techtoniz, Patton Premier Labradors, Patton Premier Realty, and Crazy Cool Carts: fast Astro static sites with structured data, local-SEO architecture, and measured Core Web Vitals.

  3. 2025–2026

The audit knowledge becomes a product

The checklist in my head became software: a URL-driven scanner that audits any service-business site against the signals that drive local rankings and returns a prioritized, plain-language report.

The two phases feed each other: running real sites for real businesses keeps the SEO instincts honest, and the engineering habit turns every repeated lesson into tooling. Browse the project case studies or get in touch about a site that needs to rank.
